Let our Sports Therapist take you through a series of supervised exercises using our vibration plate equipment. Each one-hour session includes a whole body workout, stretching, a take home exercise program and a Far Infrared Sauna session.
These sessions are designed for all ages and all body shapes and sizes.
During each session we monitor your oxygen & heart rate levels, gradually increase your respiration and endeavour to have you work in your age specific heart rate zone.
These sessions are designed to help you:
- Regain and maintain fitness
- Improve overall body strength
- Burn calories
- Improve blood flow
- Improve flexibility
- Improve balance
- Improve lymphatic flow
- Recover from sport or exercise related soreness
- Improve range of motion (R.O.M.)
- Produce an overall sense of physical and mental well-being.
We offer our body coaching programs to clients from all age groups and from all walks of life. Our youngest client is a 15year old student and our oldest couple are in their early 70’s.
To gauge if our programs and equipment are right for your needs, we offer your first one-hour body coaching session free of charge.
